The apartment building is situated in a picturesque, historical area that has maintained the façades and arches of the 17th century, whilst incorporating the modern architecture of the 21st century. The 19 apartments and studios have been designed to offer the greatest comfort and functionality during your stay. All also benefit from ample natural light throughout the day.
The Borne district is full of winding streets that form a labyrinth, allowing you to find some of the most intriguing areas in the old city. Close to the apartments, you will find the church of Saint Mary, the city gardens, the Picasso museum, the chocolate museum, the Cathedral, the market of Saint Catherine as well as many other sites of interest.
