Short description : The Johannahof Appartements are only 700 metres away from the centre of Kaprun, a few minutes from the supermarket, and a few steps from the ski bus stop.
Cross-country ski runs, bicycling and hiking trails can be found right next to the quietly located apartments.
In summer the garden features a sunbathing lawn, a big children’s playground with a trampoline, and a barbecue corner.
The Johannahof Appartements also offer a bicycle rental and a lockable bicycle and motorcycle garage.
The ski bus takes you to the ski area in just a few minutes.
Important Information : There is a mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 30 for the apartments for 2 and 3 adults, and of EUR 60 for the apartments for 4 and 5 adults.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10.00 % Tax is included.
