Short description : These exclusive and attractive chalet apartments are located right in the centre of Kaprun, very close to the Schaufelberg/Maiskogel ski lift.
Offering beautiful views of Kaprun and the surrounding mountains, Avenida Ski & Golf Resort apartments are between 68 and 73 m² in size and are suitable for up to 4 people. They are tastefully furnished and are equipped with fully equipped design kitchens, large balconies, and music and video systems. They offer free high-speed internet and free parking (in a garage). A ski cellar and a washing machine are also available.
A bus stop (also for the ski bus), a supermarket and many restaurants and bars are nearby.
A golf course is just a few minutes away. The Kaprun-Zell am See ski area has about 130 km of slopes. Many other ski areas can be reached by car in 20 to 30 minutes.
