To arrange check-in, you must telephone the residence office (number provided in your booking confirmation) at least 1 hour before your arrival. If you do not do this, you may have to wait longer than expected to check in.
Check-in after 21:00 is at an additional cost. To check in, go to the office at 2c Crowndale Road, NW1 1TT, where you will receive the keys and pay for the stay. You will be given directions to your apartment.
Payment Information:
Payment must be in cash, upon arrival. If you would like to pay by credit or debit card, this payment has to be arranged in advance. Please contact the apartments before your arrival.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
