Travel Information : Arrival by car:
As a guest of the hotel you need not respect the No Entry sign at the beginning of the spa zone.
Arrival by bus:
- Get off at the bus stop Tržnice. It is the central bus station for all local buses.
- Then take bus 2 (direction: Divadelní náměstí) until the end of the line.
- Cross the river and you are in Tržiště street. The hotel is in the middle of this street (walk uphill).
or
- If you arrive at the final bus stop Dolní nádraží or Terminál, you can
walk to the bus station Tržnice (Use the underpass at the traffic lights - about 100 metres from your final bus stop) and go straight.
- After a 4-minute walk you will reach the central bus station Tržnice.
- Proceed as indicated above.
Arrival by train:
If you arrive at the train station Karlovy Vary - Horní nádraží it is recommended to take a taxi. However, if you prefer to take a bus,
- leave the train station and and cross the road to reach the bus stop.
- Each bus can take you to the central bus station Tržnice.
- Proceed as mentioned above.

Short description : The Heluan hotel is located in the heart of the spa area of Karlovy Vary, opposite the Castle Collonade and about 100 metres from the Spring and the Market colonnades.
Hotel Heluan offers accommodation in spacious, tastefully furnished rooms, decorated with beautiful stucco ceilings. A few of the rooms are equipped with a tiled stove or a balcony with a view of the town.
Fine regional and international cuisine can be enjoyed in the Hotel Heluan's elegant restaurant.

Your spa and wellness procedures can be arranged in the Castle Spa with its own 2 springs, located opposite the Heluan hotel.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 30 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
