Room Information : Most of our apartments including Staten Court and Elysian Fields consist of a main bathroom with bath, shower and WC, a master bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC a further second bedroom. Open plan living & dining area with full FreeView television (some apartments have Sky TV), WI FI, balcony area, kitchen with dishwasher, washer & dryer, fridge freezer and microwave. Fresh towels, bed linen, refreshment facilities and an iron and ironing board are provided. Each apartments consist of four single beds which in some apartments can be made into two double beds.
Region Information : We have apartments such as Eliysen Fields and Staten Court, and the Waterford Apartments all being minutes walk to the new £1Billion development called Liverpool 1 (Liverpool Paradise Street Development), making Liverpool one of the most desirable destinations in the world.
Across town we have apartments available such as Westminster Chambers Apartments being minutes walk to Matthew Street. Ideal choices for an exciting city break and for those who are passionate about the Beatles.
Travel Information : Most guests are met outside the Sapporo restaurant on Duke Street where they will be given keys for the apartments and shown in. This applies only for Elysian Fields, Staten Court and Waterford; alternative arrangements will be made for alternative apartment bookings.
The Apartments are situated close by East Village above the restuarants (Sapporo and Il Forno) on Duke Street. From the M62 Motorway, follow the signs for the City Centre and Cathedrals. On reaching the Anglican cathedral (Hope Street), turn right down Upper Duke Street. Straight through the traffic lights (Chinese Arch on the left). The apartment is located on the left hand side which is called East Village.

Important Information : LiverpoolCrashPads operate a strict cancellation policy. If your reservation is not cancelled outside of the 14 days cancellation notice period, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the booking.
Once you have made a reservation please make a note of the telephone number for check in as this will be important when meeting to collect keys and checking into the apartment you are staying in.
When you pay a deposit to secure a reservation, if you then decide to cancel the booking, your deposit is non refundable.

The room rates for Luxury City Centre Apartments in Liverpool are the total price of the room and not the 'per person' rate. All prices are inclusive of all local taxes.
If you pay via debit or credit card an invoice will be sent via email attachment.

Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
