Travel Information : From the Western Railway Station (Nyugati pályaudvar):
- Bus no. 6, change at Flórián square to bus no.34.
- The hotel is at the Nánási Street stop.
By suburban railway (HÉV) from Batthyány square to the Római Bath stop:
- From here either on foot on Emd street (approx. 10 - 15 minutes), or by bus no. 34. to the Nánási Street stop.
Short description : The Monte Christo Hotel is located in Buda, on the bank of the Danube river, close to the Római Bath and the Aquincum museum in a peaceful and large park featuring a pool.
You can choose from functionally furnished rooms with a beautiful over the Danube river.
The hotel restaurant Pannónia offers you tasty Hungarian food as well as international cuisine. During the warmer months you can enjoy grilled dishes prepared over an open fire on the terrace. Vegetarian dishes are available as well. The Millennium café is an inviting place to spend a relaxing time enjoying a cup of coffee or tea.
The buffet breakfast is included in the room rate and half board is available for a reasonable price. Also many pubs can be found in the immediate vicinity along the Danube river as well.
A sauna is at your disposal as well.
Wireless internet access is available in public areas free of charge.
The Monte Christo hotel offers excellent meeting facilities, like the Colosseum Hall (130 people), the Róma Hall (80), the Aquincum Hall (22), the winter garden of the Pannónia restaurant (30) including technical equipment.
You can park your car for free on site and the next bus stop can be found right in front of the hotel!
