Room Information : The spacious apartments feature complete baby and children equipment (babyphone, cots, high chair and children’s pillows, baby bathtubs, bottle warmers, and much more).
Food & Beverages : The hotel offers an all-inclusive board. Start your day at the rich breakfast buffet. Lunch includes a variety of warm dishes and fresh salads of the season. From 14:00 homemade cakes and a variety of ice-cream are available. Snacks are served from 15:30.
The culinary highlight of the day is dinner in the panorama restaurant from 18:30.
Non-alcoholic drinks are available all day long.

You can also use the hotel’s 5,000 m² private beach on the lake and the 1,400 m² Mavida Balance Centre & Spa (for adults only, in the partner hotel next door).
In summer the varied children’s programme guarantees new adventures every day. In winter children and adults alike are drawn to the perfectly groomed slopes in the vicinity.

Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 50.00 will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 7 to 12 years are charged EUR 49.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 13 to 14 years are charged EUR 54.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 28 days prior to arrival and is refundable.
