Hotel Information : A VIP check-in is available and free for all guests. You will be personally welcomed at the apartment upon arrival, handed the keys, given first-hand information about the area, and have all your questions answered. You also will receive the cell phone number of the manager to get first-hand advice in case of an emergency.
A free welcome gift is provided for all guests staying 7 or more nights (an iced bottle of sparkling wine).

Room Information : 8 completely refurbished high-class apartments are available, all in different sizes and colours.
The apartments have high ceilings and are equipped with a wealth of amenities. During winter you will adore the exclusive under-floor heating system. Additional solar panels power a huge 3,000-litre tank as soon as the sun is rising - a small contribution to reduce worldwide carbon-dioxide emissions.
Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a big wooden dining table and a large sofa. The master sleeping room features either a framed king-size double bed or twin futon beds (please ask) and an additional sofa bed. The exclusive bathrooms have back-lighted designer mirrors and matching wooden designer furniture. Living rooms are equipped with wooden designer furniture and have lots of storage room.
Equipment includes a flat screen TV, sufficient CAT5 and CAT6 computer connectors, plenty of electric plugs, direct cable access to a Gigabite switch, unlimited broadband Internet access for free, many designer lamps, and a floor lamp.
The kitchens have state-of-the art induction ceran plates, an Italian espresso maker and an additional coffee machine with plenty of coffee and milk cups, a complete tea set and a toaster. There is also a fine selection of all kinds of glasses (red wine, white wine, whiskey, champagne, water, 6 of each), many plates in various sizes, high-quality pots and pans, and lots of kitchen accessories, some even with electronic scales.
Daily maid service, weekly cleaning and change of linen and towels are included in the rate.
Food & Beverages : Many restaurants, bars and cafés are in the immediate vicinity.
Travel Information : The closest underground station is Schottenring (lines U2 and U4).
A VIP airport transfer is available at a cost. The transfer takes about 30 minutes. A brand new BMW limousine will wait for you at the airport. Your English-speaking driver will welcome you right after the customs clearance, transfer your luggage into the limousine and take you safely and hustle-free directly to the apartment. Damages exceeding normal tear and wear must be covered by the clients. Cut or burned kitchen worktops, damaged sofas, paintings on the furniture and similar issues cannot be accepted. Please be aware that these damages can potentially involve very high repair costs.
Street shoes are not allowed on the wooden floored areas for hygienic reasons. This covers all sleeping areas and the wooden stairs leading to them. Guests not respecting this rule risk their stay to be abruptly halted without refund.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 12 years are welcome.
All children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 5.
Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
