Room Information : We offer basic rooms to get a good night's sleep. All rooms have fans, bedside tables and lamps, luggage racks, linen and block-out curtains. Some room have mini fridges.
Food & Beverages : Free toast and jams with tea/coffee available in the mornings.
Region Information : From Home Backpackers you can walk into the city, head down to Circular Quay or Darling Harbour, check out China Town or catch the bus to Bondi beach, Coogee beach, and its all at the door.

Travel Information : ARRIVING AT CENTRAL STATION (bus or train)
HOME Backpackers is only a two minute walk from Central Station, Sydney’s major transport hub for local and interstate travel. Leave the station and find the Elizabeth Street exit, walk 200-400 metres to your left (depending on your exit point), cross the road and HOME Backpackers is right there at number 238 Elizabeth Street.
ARRIVING BY PLANE (two options)
1 - Catch the train to Central station (cost around AUD 14.40) and follow Central Station directions above.
2 - If you are staying for a minimum of three days we will pay for your direct shuttle. Just keep the receipt. Ask at Airport Information for the shuttle bus to the City. Let the driver know where you’re going and they will drop you off at our reception

Important Information : Reception Hours are 8am-8pm with after hours check in available. Please advise us of your estimated time of arrival at the time of booking.
For late check in;
When you arrival at the reception you will see a phone number on the door, please call on arrival and the night manager will come and check you in.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.
