Short description : Surrounded by meadows and forests, the Landhotel Martha offers a quiet and green location and a wonderful view of Lake Zell and the Alps.
In winter you can ski right to the hotel, which is located directly at the slope. The hotel has its own ski bus stop.
The rooms are decorated in warm colours and offer a view of the Schmittenhöhe mountain or the lake. Landhotel Martha also offers a Roman-style spa area.
The restaurant serves après ski snacks as well as regional and healthy dishes. The Herzerl Bar is the ideal place to let a beautiful day come to an end.
The city centre of Zell am See is about a 15-minute walk away. It can be reached in only 2 minutes by car or public bus.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Please note, if cancelled or modified, a fixed amount of EUR 30.00 will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 4 to 8 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 9 to 12 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 13 to 18 years are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
