Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Important Information : The reservation will be held until 20.00, should you arrive later please notify the hotel directly. The hotel will be closed after 21.30. Should you arrive after this time, you will receive an access code for the door. With this code you can also get your room key.

Hotel Information : Reception hours are Monday - Friday 07.30 to 20.00 and Saturday - Sunday 07.30 to 18.00.
If the hotel’s reception and the front door are closed, please use the booking’s code for the "hotelomat", an automated check-in machine.
You can store any valuables in the safe located at reception and a luggage storage is also available free of charge. Convenient payment by credit cards is on offer by Bankomat and Paybox.
