Important Information : Check in details:
Customer Service will contact all guests to arrange a check in time and place once a reservation has been made. Reception service is provided at the Boutique Hotel Barcelona, 145 Carrer de Pau Claris. The reception is open 24 hours a day.
Deposit:
All guests must provide a credit card to allow the property to pre-authorise a damage deposit of EUR 300. This payment is automatically cancelled at the end of stay once the condition of the apartment has been checked.
Obligatory cleaning fees:
An end-of-stay cleaning fee of EUR 50 is not included in the rates and is payable locally.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
