Various restaurants, bars, cafés and fast-food locations, are within walking distance, along the famous shopping street Kurfürstendamm and down the side streets.
Region Information : The Tiergarten park, many theatres and numerous shops along the legendary Kurfürstendamm are within easy walking distance from the apartment. The world-famous shopping store KaDeWe is just a short walk away from the apartment.
A short journey by public transport brings you to Potsdamer Platz, Hackescher Markt and Friedrichstraße, to name just a few of the famous areas of Berlin.
There is rent-a-car office on the ground floor of the building.
In addition to the Zoologischer Garten (Zoo) train station, there are 2 underground railway stations close to the apartment. The excellent public transport links take you easily to all major sights in and around Berlin, including the ICC exhibition centre.
Short description : This apartment enjoys a convenient location, in the Berlin district of Wilmersdorf, close to the Kürfurstendamm boulevard and Berlin Zoo.
Nikol-Berlin is a 40 square metre apartment, featuring a terrace and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment was completely refurbished with new furniture in September 2008.
The apartment is within easy walking distance of the world-famous KaDeWe department store, the Europa-Center, the Gedächtniskirche (Memorial Church) and the Kurfürstendamm (Ku’Damm) shopping and entertainment boulevard.

All guests at the Apartment Nikol enjoy free wireless internet.
Important Information : Please contact the apartment at least one hour before arrival, to arrange the handover of the keys.
There is an additional final cleaning cost of EUR 30.
EUR 50 deposit will be charged on arrival and refunded on departure.
There is a EUR 15 surcharge for check-in after 21:00 and for check-out before 08:00.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 5 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
