Important Information : Check in:
Guests should inform the Barcelona 54 of their expected time of arrival in the Comments section when booking.
Arrival time should be after 15.00. After 11.00, it may be possible for guests to enter the apartment if it is ready and if not, they may drop off their luggage and return later. Please call the staff on arrival into the city on the number that appears on the Booking Confirmation email and someone will meet guests at the apartment.If for any reason, the expected time of arrival is delayed by more than 30 minutes, guests should inform the staff.
On arrival:
Guests must pay the remaining amount of their stay in cash. A member of staff will accompany guests to their apartment and supply them with all the necessary information for their stay. Guests will be supplied with 2 sets of keys.
If guests are arriving to the apartment after 20.00, they will charged an additional fee, depending on the time:
20.00-00.00 EUR 35
00.00-07.00 EUR 50
07.00-09.00 EUR 35
Check in on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays until 00.00 costs EUR 35 (EUR 50 between 00.00-09.00).
Check out:
Guests must leave their apartments at 11.00 although it is recommended that they are prepared to leave between 09.00 and 10.00. A member of staff will visit to check the condition of the apartment, collect the keys and return the total deposit in the case of the apartment being in an acceptable condition. If the apartment is not vacated until after 11.00, an extra night will be charged.
Cleaning fees:
All prices shown do not not include the additional and obligatory cleaning fee of EUR 60 (EUR 40 for the Attic Apartments). The apartments will be in a clean, perfect condition on arrival and should be left tidy and acceptable so that the cleaning team can prepare for the following guests.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 50.00 per stay for cots.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
A fixed amount of EUR 150 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and charges are applicable.
Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges are applicable.
Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
