Short description : These spacious, stylish apartments are located in several different prime locations around Barcelona’s Old Town, including the districts of El Born, Raval and Gothic.
The recently renovated Apartments Visit Barcelona provide ideal accommodation for families and groups of friends in the centre of this cosmopolitan city. Each apartment sleeps up to 8 guests.
Enjoy the privileged location of each apartment, from where you can easily walk to many of the sights of the city centre. Las Ramblas, Plaça Catalunya, the Gothic Cathedral and the port are all just a short stroll away.
Important Information : Cleaning fees:
An additional cleaning fee of 50 EUR per apartment per stay is payable at check in.
Check in details:
All guests must contact the property at least 24 hours prior to arrival to make check in arrangements. The anticipated time of arrival can be noted in the Comments box when booking. A contact telephone number appears on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site.
Please note that the apartment is not located in Avinguda Francesc Cambó – this is the address of the property office.
Guests arriving after 18.00 must pay an additional fee of 20 EUR (rising to 35 EUR after 22.00 and 50 EUR after 01.00).
Group bookings:
For bookings of 2 apartments or more, a deposit of 200 EUR is payable at check in. this will be returned at check out once the condition of the apartments has been checked.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 29 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges are applicable.
Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
