From the train station:
The hotel is 10 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by taxi from Montreux train station. By bus: no. 5 until the stop “Les Planches” (fifth stop).
Food & Beverages : The hotel offers you the possibility to enjoy small seasonal dishes at the hotel. This simple menu enables you to enjoy fresh dishes throughout the day (between 08:00 and 21:00). The varied breakfast buffet is available between 07:00 and 10:30. In the vicinity of the hotel, you can find various restaurants for every taste.
Switzerland, and the canton of Vaud in particular, is a wine-making country. At the Tralala lounge bar, you will be able to discover a vast variety of Swiss wines, primarily from the cantons of Vaud and Valais. A fine selection of wines will be available by the glass.
Short description : The Tralala Hotel Montreux is located in the heart of the old town of the city called the „Pearl of the Swiss Riviera“, only 500 metres from the lake and the train station.
Montreux is a place of music, where many famous musicians lived and worked, and where today many musical events take place. The Tralala Hotel was built around the theme of music. Each room, many of which offer a lake view, is unique, dedicated to an artist who contributed to Montreux’s reputation. You will therefore, in a manner of speaking, sleep next to Davie Bowie, Aretha Franklin, Miles Davis, ZZ Top, Carlos Santana or even Igor Stravinsky. The Tralala Hotel was entirely renovated in 2008 in order to offer our guests a place where modern style meets historical charm, with a hint of musical spirit.
Room Information : In the rooms with reminiscent names, you will sleep to the sounds, thoughts and dreams of Aretha Franklin, Deep Purple, Prince, David Bowie, or even Igor Stravinsky. Meticulous attention was given not only to decoration, but also to comfort. Every room is fully equipped with amenities such as flat screen TVs and WiFi Internet access.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged CHF 60.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
