Region Information : Plaça Catalunya is located just a short walk from the apartments. From here, you can use the efficient metro service to reach almost all sights in the city. Barcelona’s Gothic Cathedral and chic shopping street of Passeig de Gracià are both within walking distance. It is on this main thoroughfare that you will find 2 of Gaudí’s most famous works, Casa Batlló and La Pedrera.
Short description : These apartments accommodate up to 6 people on the world-famous Las Ramblas. Here you will find a vibrant atmosphere created by trendy cafes, interesting stalls, famous buildings and street artists.
Set right in the heart of Barcelona’s old town, the Apart-Ramblas108 boast one of the most privileged positions in this cultural capital. They lie between the port and the city’s main square, Plaça Catalunya, right beside the atmospheric Gothic Quarter. The modern apartments are simply but stylishly decorated, and come with sofa beds in the lounge-diner area. Some also feature balconies overlooking the bustling Las Ramblas below.
Important Information : Payment and check in:
When booking, all guests should notify the property of their anticipated time of arrival using the Comments box. Then, on arrival in Barcelona, all guests should call the property directly to arrange check in (a contact telephone number will appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site).
At check in, the full cost of the stay must be paid in cash or credit card (a 3% surcharge applies to credit card payments). There is also a breakage deposit of EUR 150 per apartment, payable by credit card (the payment will be cancelled at check out once the condition of the apartments has been checked). A fee of EUR 80 will be deducted from the deposit in the case of lost keys.
Guests arriving after 20.00 must pay an extra surcharge of EUR 30. This rises to EUR 45 after 00.00.
Extra guests:
Children under 7 years old stay free when sharing existing bedding with responsible adults. However, infant beds are available for an additional EUR 30.
It is not permitted for more adults than booked to stay in the apartments without prior permission of the property. Additional guests will be charged at EUR 50 per night, and will require an extra deposit.
Check out and cleaning fees:
Check out takes place before 11.00. Guests checking out after 11.00 must leave the keys on the table and turn off the lights.
A charge of EUR 50 for end-of-stay cleaning will be charged as part of the rate.
Cancelation Policy : Changes to reservations:
a. In case of cancellation 1 month before no refund will be made on the pre-payment. However, you will be able to change the dates of your rental period subject to availability on the same apartment, and 30 days in advance.
Please note: Failure to notify us of your cancelation or no show 3 days prior to arrival will result in a charge of the outstanding amount to be paid on the original date of arrival.
b. To avoid costs caused by unforeseen cancellations we recommend that the customer contract travel insurance. All cancellations must be communicated in writing via fax or email.
c. In case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (unscheduled building works, water damage,…)Apart-ramblas108 reserves the right to cancell the booking or offer other apartment of similar characteristics if in the same complex there is availibility. In case the client does not agree with the new proposed apartment, he has the right to cancel the booking and receive a total refund.
d. If you wish to increase the number of nights in the apartment, you will be charged the same rate per person per night as in your original booking. However please note that there will be no modification of the price for any decrease to the number of nights after the original reservation is made.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 3.
Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
Parking: Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 25.00 per day.
Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
