Hotel Information : This boutique property is the first hotel venture from the cutting-edge clothing company Diesel. It works because it uniquely and wonderfully brings to life the Diesel philosophy. The quirky, surreal, state-of-the-art sense of humor, the identity of the hugely successfully Italian clothing company conglomerate, comes through in every pore of the Pelican.
Food & Beverages : South Beach's highly acclaimed Restaurant at the Pelican Hotel holds residence right off the Pelican's lobby. A favorite spot to wine and dine the pelican Cafe has become a kind of "classic" restaurant in Miami Beach award by Wine Spectator Magazine for the outstanding wine list. Visually striking the Pelican's restaurant offers Mediterranean cuisine with a Marco Polo twist and a strong Italian accent.

Room Information : The Pelican has understandably become a hit with the fashion, music, and publishing set. Every one of the rooms you see is completely different from the other. All have been daringly and wittily designed by the Swedish interior decorator Magnus Ehrland and they all come with their own titles. The rooms are tooled after their themes.

At the Pelican, you see dining sets from the 40’s, refrigerator’s from the 30’s, sideboards stolen from a “whorehouse," schools and churches for a paramount visual result, emphasizing the trends of the underground culture, movies (John Waters, Pedro Almodovar) and Disney cartoons.
From the day it opened in 1994, the Pelican Hotel has been one of the coolest hotels in the heart of Miami Beach.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Extra beds are not available.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 13 % Tax is not included.
