Region Information : These apartments are located within the pulsating heart of Barcelona, but in a tranquil street, hidden from the hustle and bustle of the city. Situated in the exotic and cosmopolitan neighbourhood of Raval, you can easily get to some of the most famous landmarks of the city on foot. Las Ramblas, with its lively street commerce and live statue performers is 5 minutes walk away from the establishment. Crossing Las Ramblas, you enter the Gothic Quarter where you see the Cathedral and numerous small squares and winding streets.
The glamourous shopping area of Passeig de Gracia is also just a short walk from the accommodation. On this renowned wide city avenue you can also discover the architecture of Gaudí in the emblematic buildings Casa Battlo and La Pedrera.
This is also an excellent base from which to explore the excellent beaches and cultural interest of the Costa Brava. Plaça Catalunya has excellent transport connections to the rest of the region, as well as the metropolitan area.
Travel Information : The nearest metro station to the hotel is Drassanes, line 3 (green). Plaça Catalunya is also only 10 minutes on foot from the hotel, or 2 stops on the metro. From there you can connect to various metro and bus lines, to get around the city and surrounding area.
From Barcelona "El Prat" International airport you can either take the Aerobùs to Plaça Catalunya or the train to Passeig de Gracia stop.
To get to the hotel, walk down Las Ramblas from Plaça Catalunya.You will see Liceu Theatre on your right hand side. Turn to right after Liceu Theatre onto Calle de la Unio. The street name will change to Calle Marques de Barbera a little further down and the hotel is on left hand side at the end of the street.

The apartments are ideally-located in the bustling heart of the city, but on a very tranquil street. Relax here and sunbathe on the roof terrace of the building. Exploring the city is easy from here, Las Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter are both only a short stroll away.
The accommodation is near Plaça Catalunya which is a hub for metropolitan and national public transport connections. The port area and beach are also within walking distance of the apartments.
Important Information : There is a departure cleaning fee of EUR 50 that is not included in the reservation price.
At check-in guests must collect their keys for the apartments from 27 Marqués de Barbera. The office opening hours are Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00. If you expect to arrive outside of office hours, please call the telephone number on the booking confirmation. You must check-out the hotel no later than 10:00.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation terms and conditions.- The only conditions considered valid for the purposes of cancellation shall be those of force majeure. Cancellation of the reservation, for the aforementioned reason, should be notified in writing to MB27 Short Stay Apartments, S.L. Any amounts pending payment shall be calculated as follows:
- The date of receipt of your written notice shall be the determining factor in calculating the period for which you are responsible.
- Notification up to 70 days in advance of the date of arrival, the amount corresponding to 25% (min. of 200,00 €)
- Notification up to 42 days in advance of the date of arrival, the amount corresponding to 50% (min. of 200,00 €)
- Cancellations received after the 42nd day prior to your contractual date of arrival will result in the full contractual amount
becoming due and payable.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Child Policy : We provide baby cots in apartments with no extra charge.

Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 42 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 2 to 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
A fixed amount of EUR 200 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.
