Hotel Information : The map shows the location of the central apartment offices in the city.
It is recommended that you carefully read through the arrival and departure conditions detailed in the “Additional Information” section.
Important Information : On arrival:
Even if the owner has been informed of your expected arrival time, you are requested to call upon arrival in Barcelona. The owner’s telephone number appears in the reservation confirmation. The apartment owner will only go to the apartment when they receive the call.
In the event that you arrive more than 30 minutes later than the expected arrival time, we request that you inform the apartment owner so that they can await your arrival.
Entering the apartments:
When you enter the apartments the payment of the remainder of the reservation fee is required. You must also leave a cash deposit of 200 EUR as a guarantee against damage to the apartment. The deposit will be returned the day of departure as long as there has been no damage incurred.
In the event that you arrive after 20:00, you must pay an additional fee upon arrival in the reception:
• Between 20:00 and 24:00 20 EUR
• Between 24:00 and 7:00 50 EUR
• Between 7:00 and 8:00 20 EUR
During your stay:
If during your stay you experience any problems, you must contact the apartment owner.
On departure:
The latest departure time is 12:00. However, ideally you should leave the apartment between 9:00 and 10:00. If you do not leave the apartment by 12:00, Barcelona-Bedroom is authorised to charge you an extra night’s stay.
The apartment owners are always prepared to check the apartments, collect keys and refund all the deposit as long as no damage has been incurred on the property during your stay.

The apartments have been recently reformed and equipped up to the finest detail, they can hold from two to four people. They represent a good option for those who are looking for comfortable accommodation that affords total independence to enjoy the city.
Each apartment is unique owing to their different locations; however all are central and perfectly connected to the public transport network allowing you to easily move around the city.

Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: Please note, if cancelled, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
