Region Information : The fan camp is situated in the exhibition centre, directly in the centre of town. The fan mile of Klagenfurt can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, the stadium in 30 minutes, and the train station in 10 minutes. The camp is located directly off the motorway exit.
Short description : Fans of EURO 2008 are offered a budget accommodation with shower and internet access in the heart of Klagenfurt!
During the European Championships, Hall 5 of the exhibition centre offers room for 1,800 fans right next to the fan mile. There are three different types of accommodation for males, females and couples, and there is an entertainment programme and many sporting activities around the camp.
Hotel Information : The fan camp offers accommodation in bunk beds. 8 persons (only women if requested) share a bunk (individual sleeping bags).
There are toilets and hot showers, 24-hour check-in and infopoint, 24-hour security, a fans' embassy, a luggage deposit, gastronomy, an internet point, sporting activities, a public viewing area for 20,000 persons (100 metres away), DJs and live concerts, parties, fans from all over the world and an unbeatable price/performance ratio in an outstanding location. The stadium is 2,5 kilometres away.
