In order to guarantee the booking, Terraluna apartments will charge a 25% deposit to the credit card provided upon booking. On arrival the remainder is payable along with a EUR 100 cash deposit which will be refunded upon departure and EUR 15 cleaning charge.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
