Travel Information : The hotel is in the city centre, next to the Plaza Nueva.
Parking options:
Our hotel does not have a car park, but you can leave your car in one of the 2 nearest public car parks: Parking Puerta Real and Parking San Agustín.
We advise you to use the Parking Puerta Real, which, though a bit further from the hotel than San Agustín (10 minutes from the hotel) is cheaper.
From either of these car parks you can take a taxi to the hotel, bring us the taxi bill and we will discount the amount from your bill at the hotel. We can only do this with the taxi bill bringing you from the car park to the hotel.
To get to Parking Puerta Real:
- Take the main road to Granada (circunvalación) (N- 323), exit 131 (Armilla) and continue towards Palacio de Congresos along the Armilla road.
- Continue straight ahead along Calle Paseo del Violón, cross the Puente Blanco (bridge) and you will reach Calle Acera del Darro; you will see El Corte Inglés department store on the right, and next to it the underground car park, right under the Fuente de las Batallas.
- On the square there is a taxi stop. Tell the taxi driver to take you to the end of Plaza Nueva, on the right side of Iglesia de Santa Ana. Request a receipt from the driver and present this at the hotel upon arrival and we will deduce this amount from your hotel bill.
If Parking Puerta Real is full you can either wait for a place to free up or call the hotel and we will inform you how to reach another car park.

Room Information : The Hotel has 11 rooms, one of these is a suite with views to the Albayzín and another room is for disabled; the rooms are all decorated differently but perfectly equiped for your comfort.
Hotel Information : As well as the Alhambra and Albayzín, the hotel is also near many of the city’s other sights, attractions and monuments, including the cathedral, the archaeological museum and El Realejo. The tourist information office is just 100 metres from the hotel and the Baños Arabes hammam is nearby.
The hotel is in the historic, cultural and gastronomic centre of the city, and there are many excellent restaurants in the surrounding area. However, one of Granada’s finest restaurants is Pilar del Toro, which is situated on the first floor of the hotel. The restaurant is famous for its good service and the quality of the cuisine. Diners can enjoy their meal in the restaurant itself, or in the conservatory garden.
The hotel’s galleries overlook the building’s beautiful original courtyard with its trickling fountain and attractive plants.
The hotel can help arrange tickets for the Alhambra, for guided tours or for independent visits. Staff can also provide advice on things to see and do in Granada and help to buy tickets for the Arab baths, the flamenco Zambra (traditional gypsy party) with optional dinner and plenty of other events. The staff at reception are also happy to make restaurant reservations on guests’ behalf and to arrange appointments with hairdressers and beauticians, who can assist you at the hotel or, alternatively, staff can recommend the best salons and spas in the nearby area.
