Short description : Our brand new hotel, opened in March 2005, has 46 modern and functional rooms, distributed on two floors. It is located in a growing area of Rioja’s capital, next to Logroño’s Congress centre and Gaunas’ football stadium. Its excellent location allows you to be in the historic and shopping centre of the city within 10 minutes by foot.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
One child from 2 to 12 years is charged EUR 12.84 per night and person in an extra bed.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 21.40 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

Travel Information : THe hotel is easily accessed by the AP-68 motorway. Leave the motorway at exit 12 and continue 500 metres along the N-111 road towards Logroño, past Avenida Salustiano Olozaga and turn right on to Avenida Madrid.
You will find the hotel next to “Las gaunas” petrol station.
