House-Museum Unamuno The rector of the University of Salamanca in 1900 has his home-museum dedicated to perpetuating his memory. Located in one of the patios of the Escuelas Menores the "El Cielo de Salamanca" forms part of the dome of the old University library. The museum also houses other lithurgical elements from the XVI and XVII centuries. In the old University building, a collection of reptiles are of great paleontologic interest. In the surroundings you can find beautiful landscapes and typical villages in the Peña de Francia, Sierra de Béjar and Arribes del Duero.
