Short description : The Farrington - The Ultra Budget Boston Hotel Alternative - is a small inn located in Boston right near Commonwealth Avenue and Boston University.
The inn has single rooms, studios, efficiencies, one bedroom apartments, and rooms with kitchenettes for the budget minded traveler who does not mind sharing a bath.
Important Information : Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required for incidental charges. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Travel Information : From the Subway:
Take the green train, and be careful, there are five different green trains, (A,B,C,D,E). Take the green train B, it also says Boston College. Get off at Harvard Avenue, and walk down Harvard Avenue to the right, (do not cross the train tracks). Farrington is the third street on the right. Turn right onto Farrington, and it is the fifth building on the right, #23. The building has two red doors, go in the door on the right.
Driving Directions:
From the west: Follow interstate #90 (Massachusetts Turnpike) from the west, get off at Exit #18 (Brighton-Cambridge)
From the North or South: Follow interstate #93 into Boston, and right in the center of the city you will see signs for the Massachusetts Turnpike or Mass Pike (I-90). Get on I-90, heading WEST, toward Worcester and then get off at the first exit (Brighton).
Follow the Brighton exit until you see signs for Allston. Go this way to the fourth traffic light, and then turn left. Go down this street, and the very first street on the left is Farrington Avenue. It does have a sign. Turn left onto Farrington, and we are the fifth building on the right, number 23. Our parking lot is just before the building, so don't miss it. We have two red doors, go in the one on the right.
Hotel Information : The Inn has a selection of efficiencies, studios, and one-bedroom apartments. We cater to the budget minded, so please don't expect first-class accommodations, but all of the units are an excellent value.
Region Information : We're in a great location to get around the city, two blocks from the subway, and less than a quarter mile from Exit 18 of interstate 90. If you're looking on a map, we're just west of Boston University, and six blocks north of John Kennedy's birthplace.
