It is also in the very near vecinity of the famous Prado Museum and the newly created Thyssen Bornemisza and the Reina Sofía Museums as well as the "La Comedia" and "La Zarzuela" National Theaters, Royal Palace, the best antique shops, Art Galleries, and fine restaurants.
The Villa Real hotel offers to their clients free access to the Urban´s hotel swimming pool of 200 meters (open only from the 1st of June until the 15th of September).
Cancelation Policy : General cancellation:
Cancellations made up to 1 day before arrival are free of charge. For cancelations made less than 1 day before arrival or no-shows, the price of one night will be charged to the credit card provided.
Special cancellation policy:
30th and 31th December 2006 and 2007: 3 days before date of arrival. Otherwise one night will be charged.
From January 29th to February 1st 2007: 7 days before date of arrival. Otherwise the 50% of the reservation will be charged.
February 2nd and 3rd and 15th to 18th 2007: 3 days before date of arrival. Otherwise one night will be charged
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
